- Conduct client visits to understand needs and offer tailored product solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the supply and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven field sales experience, ideally in the food or bakery sector.
- Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
