We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Tele-caller** to join our team and handle our B2B customer outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally managing sales queries, reaching out to potential customers, and generating bulk sale leads through targeted calling. You will also be expected to establish strong business relationships with clients and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**:
- Proactively call and connect with potential B2B customers, primarily shops and businesses, using the provided database. Your goal is to introduce our products/services and generate bulk sales leads.
- **Sales Management**:
Handle inbound and outbound sales queries professionally, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You’ll be required to manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach to closing the sale—ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- **Client Relationship Building**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring follow-ups on potential leads, responding to their inquiries, and offering exceptional post-sales support.Utilize the provided customer database efficiently. Update customer information, track calls made, record customer interactions, and keep accurate sales records.Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. You’ll be expected to consistently generate new leads and sales through effective outreach and follow-up strategies.Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and sales processes.**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Tele-caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently follow up on leads.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a positive attitude toward customer service.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in the B2B sector.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and integrity when dealing with customers.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in B2B sales or experience working with businesses/shops in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with the industry and local market trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections.
