we are looking for an experienced and motivated **Inventory Manager** to oversee the management of our inventory processes and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a tangible impact on the success of our operations.

**Job Summary**:
As the **Inventory Manager**, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management and efficient operation of our inventory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse, and sales, to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and improve the accuracy of our inventory tracking systems. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily inventory activities, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and stock audits.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliation of discrepancies, and auditing processes.
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems to track the flow of goods, products, and materials.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and understock scenarios.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to coordinate orders and manage stock replenishment.
- Lead, mentor, and train the inventory team to meet operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the handling and storage of goods.
- Develop and implement inventory management policies to enhance overall efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
