We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **E-commerce Executive** to manage **returns and reconciliation** processes across multiple online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of backend e-commerce operations, including inventory tracking, order returns, and payment reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle return processes across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.
- Maintain detailed records of returns and ensure proper stock adjustments.
- Perform payment and inventory reconciliation with marketplace data.
- Monitor return trends and identify operational inefficiencies or errors.
- Generate regular reports on returns and reconciliation metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar roles.
- Familiarity with seller panels and back-end tools of major marketplaces.
- Proficiency in MS Excel **(mandatory)**:

- Ability to multitask

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
