  • Data Analysis:Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Customer Experience:Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience, from the website to customer service and post-sale interactions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, IT, development, and sales teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership:Potentially lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists and specialists.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to improving the online shopping experience.
  • Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of web development and site optimization techniques is a plus.
