**Job description**

**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure product data is up-to-date.
- Implement discounts, and coupons to boost product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to enhance performance on e-commerce platforms.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery in coordination with dispatch team.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, coordinating with the inventory team to prevent stockouts.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Handle returns, raise claims, and refunds as per company policy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and work towards improving ratings and reviews.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Generate and analyse sales reports, inventory reports, and other reports.
- Maintain MIS of daily orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any field.

**Experience**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
