The **Inventory Executive** is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, optimizing storage space, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth inventory operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze inventory data for effective decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials/products.
- Implement inventory control procedures and policies.
- **Stock Tracking & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Prepare and update inventory reports for management.
- **Procurement Coordination**:

- Work with the procurement team to manage stock replenishment.
- Ensure timely reordering of products based on demand and usage patterns.
- **Logistics & Warehouse Operations**:

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock movement.
- Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound stock.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage planning.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure inventory is stored as per company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Suggest improvements to inventory processes and cost control measures.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure inventory aligns with business needs.
- Train warehouse staff on inventory procedures and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory optimization techniques.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
