The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data across all departments including production, inventory, and sales. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strong command of Google Workspace tools, and the ability to create automated dashboards and reports that support decision-making and improve factory efficiency. The MIS Executive will act as a key link between departments to ensure smooth flow of information and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from Production, Inventory, and Sales departments.
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Google Sheets, Excel, and Google App Script.
- Design and automate dashboards to provide live factory insights (production output, stock levels, order status, etc.).
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely data submission.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist management in planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all factory systems.
- Support in implementing and improving digital systems for better coordination and information flow.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements as needed by management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms, Gmail).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Dashboards).
- Hands-on experience with Google App Script for automation and integration.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows (preferred, not mandatory).
