E-commerce Executive

This is a vital role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing all aspects of e-commerce operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Account Setup & Management**:
- Create and maintain seller accounts on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
- **Product Listings**:
- Create accurate and compelling product descriptions, titles, and specifications.
- Handle or coordinate high-quality product photography.
- Optimize listings using appropriate keywords and strategies to boost visibility.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:
- Monitor stock levels and update listings regularly.
- Manage order processing, shipping, and return handling efficiently.
- **Customer Support**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for customers.
- **Strategic Expansion**:
- Research and onboard new marketplaces to grow the business.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in the mobile and gadgets category.
- Expertise in handling Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho platforms, including listing optimization and platform rules.
- Familiarity with product photography and image editing.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping logistics, and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-driven and capable of managing end-to-end e-commerce operations independently.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
