**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and communication of the company's employer brand to attract top talent
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant expertise in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a focus on technical recruiting
- In-house, corporate experience paired with high-volume recruiting focus
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various roles and levels
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Ashby or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
