**What you will do**

We are looking for a results-driven, motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team as a contractor. The primary focus will be on hiring technical talent for our new Noida-based team.

You will:

- Source high quality technical talent
- Share market insights with the team to refine our approach

**What you need to be successful**
- Proven experience recruiting for Software Engineering roles, and ideally other technical roles e.g. ML Ops, Product Design
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a tech scale-up
- Strong communication skills
