**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **intern** to join our **factory planning and coordination** team. This role offers hands-on exposure to operational planning, interdepartmental coordination, production scheduling, and performance monitoring. Ideal for recent graduates or MBA students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and updating production schedules and material plans.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track and report daily production status and highlight bottlenecks.
- Help in data collection, analysis, and reporting for planning and efficiency metrics.
- Support in preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal reviews.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to planning and operations.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Science / Commerce) or
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / General Management)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing operations or supply chain concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2-4 months

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
