**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Ensure compliance with HSE standards and report incidents promptly.
- Quality: Perform quality checks on material planning data and manage non-conforming materials.
- Delivery: Manage part change requests, coordinate with Product Management for new product launches, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Materials Management: Coordinate inventory builds, review planning parameters, and support supplier agreements.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning or related field.
- Proficiency in Materials Planning Systems (e.g., Xelus, GOMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in aftermarket planning preferred.
- Ability to work in a US shift (5 PM to 2 AM IST) and hybrid work environment (Tuesday to Thursday office-based).
