**Roles**:

- onboard channel partners from open market.
- Execute sales strategies to increase client base, build relationships, and maintaining prospect database.
- Create professional presentations, proposals, and reports for prospects and customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

Age : 24 to 40 years
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- 3+ years in sales and insurance with good stability in past employment
