A significant number of aPriori global customers have a large India presence and our user adoption footprint is rapidly growing in India. To locally support the India customer base, as well as to leverage the rich talent pool that India provides in Engineering/Manufacturing domain for Digital solutions, we are launching our aPriori India Solution Center. This Center will be a key strategic element for aPriori's global customer engagement with the intent to "bring the best of India to aPriori" from a talent perspective. We are looking at talented and experienced professionals across a wide spectrum of roles who are passionate about leading the next stage of digital industrial revolution in the Engineering/Manufacturing domain and want to thrive in cutting-edge areas of DFM/DTC/DfX and Model based Engineering(MBE). We are looking to grow our India team rapidly and quickly, hence we are looking out specifically at individuals who are available to on-board quickly with us (e.g. in between assignments/have less than 1 month notice period).

**Job Summary**:
The Marketo Administrator will be a part of the broader Revenue Operations team and will play an integral role in building and executing best-in-class marketing programs, segmentation, testing, and deployment across all channels. The Marketo Administrator will assist us in building, measuring, optimizing, and scaling our tech stack to drive revenue growth and support go-to-market and customer teams in realizing their marketing campaigns. You will be working closely with our global teams in NAMER and EMEA, so there will be an overlap with different time zones for coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build day-to-day Marketo programs.
- Manage requests in the Marketing Operations Request Intake Board.
- Maintain database health by managing compliance, database cleanliness, database size, and subscription settings.
- Work closely with Demand Gen, Events, Field Marketing, and Customer teams to use existing processes to generate creative marketing campaign solutions.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals.
- Understand the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Familiarity with project management tools like ASANA, JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great ability to collaborate
- Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of HTML5 xHTML, XML and CSS
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Communicative, transparent, and a team player
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset

**Education and Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience with marketing operations, specifically handling Marketo in an admin capacity.
- Marketo certification strongly preferred
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience
