Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Consultant to lead solution design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Workfront for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workfront administration, workflow automation, integrations, and API-based customizations. This role requires strong technical expertise coupled with client-facing consulting skills to align platform capabilities with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Design, configure, and optimize Workfront projects, portfolios, programs, templates, workflows, and approval processes.

- Implement custom forms, calculated fields, reports, and dashboards tailored to client needs.

- Configure Adobe Workfront Fusion workflows to integrate Workfront with other enterprise applications (Adobe Experience Cloud, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).

Integration & API Development :

- Leverage Adobe Workfront APIs and Fusion for system-to-system integration and data automation.

- Build, test, and deploy connectors for seamless integration with enterprise ecosystems.

- Develop custom scripts or middleware where required to extend Workfront functionalities.

Consulting & Advisory :

- Translate client business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions.

- Conduct discovery workshops, system design sessions, and client demos.

- Provide best-practice recommendations for governance, adoption, and change management.

Performance Optimization & Support :

- Troubleshoot issues related to Workfront configurations, workflows, and integrations.

- Ensure system scalability, security compliance, and performance optimization.

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users, admins, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

Workfront Expertise :

- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (admin + consulting).

- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront Fusion for workflow automation and integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Workfront reporting, resource planning, custom forms, and dashboards.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and scripting languages (JavaScript/Python) for Workfront customization.

- Experience with enterprise system integrations (Adobe Experience Cloud, Jira, Salesforce, SAP, MS Teams, etc.).

- Familiarity with OAuth2, API authentication, and webhooks.

Consulting Skills :

- 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience with proven ability to manage end-to-end implementations.

- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Marketo knowledge.

- Exposure to enterprise workflow platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Monday.com, Jira Align).

- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, or BI reporting (Tableau, Power BI).
