Job Description Job Title: Adobe Workfront Solutions Consultant Experience: 58 Years Location: Bangalore / Pune Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Adobe Workfront to streamline business processes, improve collaboration, and enhance operational efficiency. You will act as a client-facing consultant and subject matter expert, ensuring solutions align with both business and technical objectives. Key Responsibilities - Understand client business requirements and configure Adobe Workfront to meet those needs. - Lead implementations and integrations involving Adobe Workfront, Adobe Workfront Fusion, and Workfront Project Manager. - Configure workflows, reports, and dashboards within Workfront to support project and resource management. - Provide consulting services, end-user training, and post-implementation support. - Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met. - Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, and operations. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive guidance and best practices. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions consulting or implementation role. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront including implementation, configuration, and integration. - Strong understanding of Adobe Workfront functionalities, API capabilities, and Workfront Fusion. - Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients. Desirable Skills - Experience working in or with global marketing organizations. - Exposure to administration and integration of related platforms such as: - Marketing Automation Tools (Eloqua preferred) - Content Management Systems (CMS) - Analytics Platforms Key Skills (Summary) - Adobe Workfront Implementation & Configuration - Adobe Workfront Fusion / Project Manager - Workflow & Dashboard Configuration - API Integration & Automation - Client-Facing Consulting - Requirement Gathering & Solution Design - Project Management & Delivery - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Marketing Systems Integration (Eloqua, CMS, Analytics) - Communication & Stakeholder Management
