Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer (Adobe Workfront) to drive enhancements to our Workfront platform, focusing on integration within our Content Supply Chain ecosystem. This role will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and integrating Adobe Workfront with AEM, CRM tools (Salesforce, WeChat), and other systems to optimize workflows, improve collaboration, and streamline content operations.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring a deep understanding of Adobe Workfront, AEM development, and cross-platform API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure Adobe Workfront: manage users, permissions, project templates, and system settings.

Customize Workfront to meet team and project-specific needs: create custom forms, fields, workflows, and approval processes.

Lead development and deployment of integrations between Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce CRM, and WeChat.

Develop REST/SOAP-based integrations using Workfront Fusion, Workato, , Integromat (Make) or similar iPaaS tools.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional teams.

Assist in planning and executing integration testing and successful go-live deployments.

Ensure high-quality documentation, including integration overviews and admin-level training materials.

Provide expert-level API knowledge, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and data format management (XML, JSON, CSV, PDF).

Act as a solution architect to identify scenarios, constraints, and opportunities for workflow automation and integration.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and customization.

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and configuration.

Proven experience developing end-to-end integrations using APIs and automation platforms.

In-depth understanding of REST/SOAP web services, relational databases, and data transformation formats.

Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce and communication tools like WeChat.

Familiarity with Workfront Fusion or similar iPaaS tools , Workato, Make).

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to manage tasks and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
