**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, SEM, display ads, and social media marketing.
- **SEO & SEM**:

- Optimize website content and campaigns for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- **Content Marketing**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Analyze web traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- **Collaborations**:

- Work closely with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure best practices are implemented.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and others.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Experience in managing budgets for paid campaigns.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are advantageous.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
