**The Opportunity**
- We're looking for a detailed oriented, user experience-focused Web CMS Administrator. In this role, you will manage and execute day-to-day changes and new page builds across our portfolio of sites - both for our core Springboard brand and our enterprise partnerships. You’ll work with Content, Acquisition, Growth, Product Marketing, and Creative/Design Teams to create site experiences for our prospective students through continuous evolution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the Springboard website portfolio, including uploading product information including images, copy, attributes, videos, etc.
- Build, manage and optimize Landing Pages, website CTA’s and lead forms
- Create and manage the CMS ticketing system and workflow processes across our website portfolio
- Respond to and troubleshoot website issues
- Monitor and maintain website health by resolving broken links, duplicate content, etc.
- Define and maintain a front-end testing and QA (quality assurance) protocol for all site changes and deployments
- Monitor and ensure website usability, compatibility and visual consistency across commonly used browsers and overall mobile experience

**You**:

- At least 3 years experience working in a Content Management System (Wordpress, Storyblok, Contentful, etc.)
- Understanding of JIRA, Asana or similar project management and tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail, flexible and deadline-oriented

**Bonus if you have**:

- A basic understanding of SEO and UX best practices; and experience implementing them (work with internal SEO and design partners)
- Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Optimize, Tag Manager)
- Programming skills in HTML and CSS
- Worked with CRM systems like Marketo or Hubspot
- Experience within a startup company (or even edtech)
