About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot CMS Specialist with a strong background in front-end development, SEO optimization, and digital marketing execution.

This role will involve working closely with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams to create high-quality, responsive, and performance-optimized web experiences.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in HubSpot CMS and be familiar with WordPress, enabling them to manage multi-platform content strategies effectively.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining web pages, executing SEO strategies, ensuring compliance with accessibility and web security standards, and managing email marketing campaigns. The role demands strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Website & CMS Management :

- Manage and customize websites on HubSpot CMS, ensuring they meet performance, design, and branding standards.

- Maintain and update WordPress sites as needed, ensuring compatibility, security, and optimization.

- Build and style responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver engaging user experiences.

SEO & Analytics :

- Perform on-page SEO optimization and conduct regular audits to improve search engine visibility.

- Use SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush to monitor site performance, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.

- Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and other tracking tools, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.

Marketing Campaigns & Email Marketing :

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub or equivalent platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency across digital channels.

- Track campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements for engagement and conversion rates.

Web Security & Accessibility :

- Conduct technical audits to identify and fix vulnerabilities in web platforms.

- Implement web security best practices, including secure coding and access control policies.

- Ensure compliance with UX and WCAG accessibility standards to deliver inclusive user Collaboration :

- Work closely with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.

- Take complete ownership of assigned marketing tasks, from planning to on-time delivery.

- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all web and email communications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of professional experience managing HubSpot CMS (WordPress experience is a plus).

- Strong hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for building and customizing web pages.

- Proficiency in on-page SEO techniques and tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush.

- Experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar email marketing platforms.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance monitoring tools.

- Solid understanding of web security best practices.

- Knowledge of UX principles and WCAG accessibility compliance.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Work Mode & Location Details :

- Hybrid : Candidate must work 23 days/week from the office (Bangalore JP Nagar / Brookfield).

- Must be flexible for occasional overlap with different time zones for project coordination.
