**About the position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of our Marketo instance, including user management, integration with other platforms, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well executed and achieve desired outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing to centralize data processing and ensure an industry-standard Marketo sync, lead processing, and MQL Funnel Design.
- Develop and maintain our lead lifecycle automation between Salesforce and Marketo.
- Assist in the management of lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to Sales.
- Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, while providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, including data privacy laws.
- Provide training and support to marketing team members on Marketo functionalities and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Marketo Administrator
- Marketo Certified Expert (preferred)
- Proficiency in Marketo and its integration with other marketing and sales platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree (BSc) preferred.
