- Provide voice support to customers for a leading bank in India.
- Taking care of customer concerns and queries for premium and online banking services.
- Helping customers with data, information, and technical know-how on digital banking services online.
- Guiding customers on the savings account, current account, banking transactions, debit card, ATM, credit card, online/ internet banking, Cash, credit transactions, and Bank fraud and prevention.
- Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.
- Complete ability and empowerment to provide end-to-end resolution (including online and offline if required)
- Complete responsibility for customer interaction, including liaising with other team members for resolution and follow-through (if applicable)
- Deliver targeted results measured by customer satisfaction, end-to-end process effectiveness, efficiency and quality

**JOB DETAILS**

- Shift timings: 24x7 rotational shifts (any 09 hour shift )
- Working Days: 05 days (Rotational)
- Week Offs: 02 days (Rotational)

**SALARY & BENEFITS**
- Salary: Upto ₹28,000 (₹33,000 CTC) Monthly

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 18+ months of experience in BFSI customer support
- Prior experience in customer service for Banking, Finance or Insurance (BFSI) is required.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages
- Available to join immediately and work from the office (WFO)
- Applicants must have received both doses of the vaccination
