Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and act as the primary point of contact.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally..
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM software (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot/Tally-based CRM).
- Track leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up status.
- Generate CRM reports, dashboards, and customer activity summaries.
- Coordinate with the **sales team**, **service team**, and **operations** for smooth order processing.
- Assist in preparing **quotations, proposals, sales orders, and contracts**.
- Follow up on pending quotations, approvals, deliveries, or service schedules.
- Share product details, pricing, delivery timelines, and updates.
- Ensure timely feedback collection and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain customer documents, agreements, and communication records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports for management.
- Follow up for purchase orders, advance payments, and pending dues.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice sharing, receipts, and credit notes.
- 4+ years in CRM, sales coordination, customer service, or client handling.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong MS Excel skills for tracking & reporting.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
