Understand customer needs and addressing them
- Coordination between all teams - Warehousing, Custom Clearance, Operations & amp; Freight
- Forwarding
- Virtually ensuring smooth inbounds and outbounds
- Communicating with international clients to receive and process orders
- Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Stock and Daily reporting as per client needs
- Proven experience in ‘Customer Relations’
- Fluent English and good communication skills are mandatory
- Soft Spoken
- Problem solving attitude
- Agile and proactive
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Well versed with import export documentations, Incoterms and procedures

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
