Are you a fresh graduate or a professional with a background in chemical engineering? We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee project activities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with different departments to keep everyone on the same page.
- Prepare and manage operational expenditure (OPEX) reports, especially focusing on chemical consumption.
- Keep an eye on the budget and manage chemical usage efficiently.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and get quotations from vendors.
- Review vendor proposals and help choose the best options.
- Keep all project documents organized and accessible.
- Organize meetings with officials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with KIADB/PMC for site visits and project-related activities.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of work meet project standards.
- Handle daily procurement coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Be ready for site visits whenever necessary to oversee project progress and address any issues.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Must have Relevant knowledge/Experience in Waste water Industry Strong
- organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**SALARY**: Freshers: 15,000 - 17,000
Experienced : 18,000 - 20,000
