**Role Summary**:The Project Coordinator will oversee the execution of restaurant projects from location handoff to completion. This includes selecting contractors, managing BOQs, adhering to build manuals, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects within the stipulated time and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Planning and Execution**
- Develop a detailed project plan upon location handoff.
- Ensure adherence to the brand’s build manual, layouts, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) guidelines.
- Coordinate with landlords and internal teams to ensure project readiness.

2. **Stakeholder Coordination**
- Liaise with architects, kitchen equipment manufacturers, and contractors to execute layout designs.
- Collaborate with landlords for site-specific requirements and approvals.

3. **Contractor and Vendor Management**
- Identify and select contractors based on project needs and budget.
- Oversee contractor performance and compliance with project standards.

4. **BOQ and Budget Management**
- Prepare and manage BOQs to ensure alignment with project scope and cost constraints.
- Track expenses and report deviations from the assigned budget.

5. **Quality Assurance and Timely Delivery**
- Monitor project progress to ensure completion within deadlines.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.

6. **Technical Expertise**
- Interpret and work with layout and CAD/CAM drawings.
- Resolve on-site challenges related to design or technical execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination within the retail or restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting layout and CAD/CAM drawings.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, MEP, and contractor/vendor management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred**:

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience coordinating with landlords, architects, and equipment vendors.

**Compensation: As per industry standards**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
