**What will you do**
As a Project Coordinator at LitSpark Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting project managers by managing the day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of multiple IT projects. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Your organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail will be key in driving cross-functional teams toward the achievement of project milestones in the dynamic IT environment.
**Job responsibilities**:
- **Project Documentation & Planning**: Assist project managers in developing key project management documents, including project charters, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments tailored to IT initiatives.
- **Client Collaboration**: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, assessing their needs, defining IT project requirements, establishing acceptance criteria, and ensuring expectations are aligned from the outset.
- **Review & Analysis of Requirements Documents**: Collaborate with Business Analysts to review Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), ensuring that the project scope aligns with client expectations and the broader IT objectives.
- **Resource Coordination**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right tools, systems, and personnel are available at each project stage.
- **Task Allocation**: Assign tasks to team members, ensuring clarity in terms of IT project goals, deliverables, and deadlines, while fostering accountability.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the key liaison between the project team and stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure transparency with regular updates on IT project progress.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Track and analyze project progress using IT-specific metrics, providing detailed reports to project managers and stakeholders on performance, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
- **Meeting Facilitation**: Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings, documenting key takeaways, decisions, and next steps. Ensure consistent communication flow between project managers and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration & Team Support**: Foster cross-team collaboration, ensuring IT team members have access to the knowledge and resources they need to execute tasks effectively. Encourage a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
- **Risk Management Support**:Aid in identifying potential risks specific to IT projects and contribute to the implementation of risk mitigation strategies. Ensure that team members adhere to risk management plans.
- **Agile Methodologies**:Actively promote and implement Agile methodologies within project teams to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to evolving project requirements. Ensure Agile principles are embedded in planning, execution, and delivery.
- **Sprint Planning**: Ability to convert business requirement document into Epics, Stories and Tasks and manage them in Sprints.

- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of financial technologies, digital payment systems, or software development projects.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in handling budgets, invoices, and procurement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross
- functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
- Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
