Job Title: Project Coordinator

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking clients and partners.
- Translate project requirements, communications, and documentation between Italian and English as needed.
- Assist Project Managers in preparing project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Support internal meetings, client calls, and follow-ups to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — development, design, and QA — to ensure quality and timeliness.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with Italian clients or in a multilingual environment.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Agile) is a plus.
