JOB TITLE Project Coordinator- Shipyard Studies LOCATION MUMBAI Work from home BANGALORE Work from office First preference for Mumbai location and second preference for Bangalore location candidates EDUCATION Bachelor s degree in engineering Marine Studies Project Management or related discipline EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure or industrial project coordination preferably in shipbuilding port or marine sectors GENDER Male Candidates only DEPARTMENT Bd Marine Consultancy Services REPORTS TO Director Engineering Manager Asst Manager JOB TYPE Permanent Role WORKDAYS Monday To Friday 1 Role Overview The Project Coordinator- Shipyard Study will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the planning research data collection and reporting for shipyard feasibility expansion or modernization studies The role involves supporting multi- disciplinary teams in delivering high-quality technical financial and strategic assessments aligned with client expectations and industry best practices 2 Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Scheduling o Develop and maintain detailed project schedules activity trackers and milestone charts o Coordinate cross-functional teams subcontractors and clients to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones Proposal Preparation o Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals including capability decks team profiles methodology pricing inputs and compliance checklists o Coordinate with internal departments and consultants to compile proposal documentation in response to RFPs EOIs and tenders o Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals maintaining version control and formatting standards Data Collection Analysis o Gather technical operational and financial data from internal databases client sources and public information o Assist engineering and strategy teams in preparing inputs for layouts production capacities manpower models utility demands and capex estimates Documentation Reporting o Draft and compile study documents including feasibility reports gap analyses risk assessments and benchmark studies o Manage internal reviews and coordinate submission of draft and final deliverables to clients Stakeholder Communication o Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams external experts and client representatives o Organize project meetings record minutes follow up on action items and track client queries responses Support for Technical Commercial Activities o Maintain trackers for layouts equipment lists scope matrices and BOQ submissions o Assist in preparing presentations and review materials for client meetings or internal reviews 3 Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in engineering Marine Studies Project Management or related discipline 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure or industrial project coordination preferably in shipbuilding port or marine sectors Experience with technical commercial proposal development is essential Exposure to shipyard layouts production planning or capital project feasibility is an advantage 4 Key Skills Strong coordination multitasking and organizational skills Proficiency in report making and presentations required Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Project familiarity with AutoCAD and proposal tools is a plus Understanding of shipyard operations EPC processes and infrastructure planning desirable About Company Conceptia is an ISO 9001-2015 certified India-based multi-national engineering and consulting firm that helps demanding customers to successfully execute the most complex engineering projects in a most reliable and cost-effective way Our engineering services extended to the following domains Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Oil Gas and Process Plant Engineering using Aveva - Marine Plant port folio Virtual Product Development and Detail engineering Engineering Analysis FEA Project Lifecycle Management PLM solutions for Ship owners Technical Publishing Solar Renewable Energy Solutions Website https conceptia in
