Company Description About Egis Egis is a French based leading global consulting construction engineering and operating firm present in Middle East Europe India Latin America Africa Asia Pacific with 18 000 employee strength globally more than 6000 in Middle East India Recognised Engineering Consulting expertise in Transportation Sustainable cities Water Marine Energy etc along with operation mobility projects We work side by side with clients to build a more balanced sustainable and resilient world To explore more about Egis please visit Egis - Creating a sustainable future We are seeking a talented and organized Design Coordinator to join our creative team in Bengaluru India As a Design Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards Middle East Project Experience is preferred Collaborate with designers clients and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication Organize and maintain design files assets and project documentation Schedule and coordinate design review meetings presentations and client approvals Assist in creating project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management 3-6 years of experience in design coordination or a similar role Middle East Project Experience is preferred Proficiency in design software particularly Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of design principles trends and best practices Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience with project management tools and methodologies Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements Team player with a collaborative mindset
