# Project Manager - Animation Studio

- 2D and 3D animation
- Mixed media projects
- Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR)
- Projection mapping
- Anamorphic mapping

**Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)**

As our Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our creative gears turning smoothly. Your main quests will include:
**Proposal Crafting**
- Transform creative concepts into compelling project proposals
- Collaborate with our artistic team to ensure proposals capture the essence of our vision
- Tailor proposals to client needs and industry trends

**Client Servicing**
- Be the friendly face and voice of our studio to clients
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans
- Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

**Project Coordination**
- Orchestrate the smooth flow of projects from concept to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
- Identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

**Team Coordination**
- Foster a collaborative environment among our diverse team of artists and technicians
- Facilitate communication between different departments
- Ensure resources are allocated efficiently across various projects

**What We're Looking For?**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in project management, preferably in a creative industry
- **Education**: Degree in Project Management, Animation, or related field

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of animation processes and technologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
