Role Overview As an Interior Design Project Manager , you will oversee the entire project lifecycle — from design development and client coordination to vendor management and on-site execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team, clients, and contractors to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and true to the design intent. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution for residential and/or commercial interior projects Coordinate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed drawings and specifications Handle project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors for seamless communication and workflow Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and timely progress Oversee procurement, material approvals, and installation timelines Identify potential risks and proactively resolve project challenges Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design , Architecture , or a related field 1–2 years of experience in interior design project management (residential/commercial) Strong understanding of design documentation, materials, and finishes Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp , MS Office , and project management tools Strong communication and client-handling abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Experience in premium residential interiors or corporate fit-outs Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination Eye for detail and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse, design-driven projects A supportive and creative work environment Competitive compensation Professional growth and learning opportunities To Apply Send your resume , portfolio (PDF/link) , and a brief cover note to , with the subject line: “Application – Interior Design Project Manager”
