**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field
- Previous experience in têxtile manufacturing or têxtile production is preferred

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the entire production process of towels, from raw materials to finished goods.
- Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient use of resources, including manpower and machinery.
- Ensure product quality by maintaining high standards of production, inspecting and monitoring the process.
- Address and resolve any production issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
- Maintain production records, track inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and manage stock levels.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure the towels meet required standards.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance for management review.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
