**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Production Management or a related field
- Experience in supervising production lines within the manufacturing or têxtile industry

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations on the production line to ensure targets are met and quality is maintained.
- Lead and manage production staff, ensuring high efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor machine performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure production schedules are adhered to and coordinate effectively with other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality checks, and any operational issues.

**Preferred**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
