Factory Supervisor (Education: 12th Pass)

Job Title: Factory Supervisor

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production line activities and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage worker attendance, discipline, and shift schedules.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper usage of machinery and factory equipment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and quality control teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Report daily production and issues to the management.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of factory or production processes
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle and manage a team of workers
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene rules

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
