**Procurement**:

- Identify and source reliable suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and tools.
- Obtain price quotations, negotiate terms, and select vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Place purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movement, and consumption patterns.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Conduct regular stock audits and collaborate with finance to reconcile discrepancies.
- Optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.

**Warehousing and Storage**:

- Supervise the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials in an organized and safe manner.
- Develop and maintain an efficient storage layout to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
- Implement proper labeling and coding systems to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines for storing hazardous materials.

**Distribution and Supply Chain**:

- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to determine material requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Plan and execute the timely distribution of materials to various project sites while considering transportation logistics and site-specific needs.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address any delays or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs.

**Vendor Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent supply.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of vendors based on quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Address any vendor-related issues, including disputes or quality concerns, in a professional manner.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Generate reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and material consumption as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant records.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in store management, procurement, or supply chain operations within the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and industry-specific procurement practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines for handling and storing construction materials.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
