Job Description:
Experience: 4-7 yrs
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for the assigned territory to quote and close our longtail renewal business.
- Evaluate monthly and quarterly opportunities in Salesforce; ensure Salesforce is accurate and kept up to date; and provide accurate forecasts. Provide proactive notification of forecast changes.
- Edit automated service quotes and ensure serial numbers and in-process RMA’s are accurately reflected.
- Act as a liaison with all departments to close renewal deals quickly and ensure ease of doing business with Extreme
- On-going maintenance and upkeep of Salesforce service data within your assigned territory
- Self-motivated and goal oriented to meet and exceed quarterly quotas
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of Customer Service Experience.
- Business experience preferably in a Customer Support or Sales Support role.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
- Inside Sales, Pre-Sales support preferred
- Experience with Computer Networking technologies a bonus
- Possess energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
