
Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Administrative Support**
- Manage executive’s calendar (meetings, appointments, travel, events).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital & physical).
**2. Communication & Coordination**
- Serve as the point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and staff.
**3. Meeting & Event Management**
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Coordinate conferences, seminars, and client visits.
- Arrange logistics (venue, catering, travel, equipment).
**4. Travel & Expense Management**
- Book flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage expense reports.
- Ensure budget-friendly and efficient travel planning.
**5. Project & Office Support**
- Assist with special projects and research.
- Coordinate across departments to meet deadlines.
- Supervise junior staff when required.
- HR support
**6. Strategic & Personal Assistance**
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve issues.
- Provide reminders for critical tasks and deadlines.
- Handle occasional personal tasks with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
