**About the Role**:
We are seeking a smart, efficient, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support to MD in managing his fast-paced business and personal affairs. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about task execution, problem-solving, and working directly with a founder-level professional.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Handle meetings, travel plans, appointments, and reminders with precision.
- Travel Coordination: Comfortable with frequent travel across cities. Handle logistics and ensure smooth on-ground operations.
- Task Management: Maintain an organized list of pending tasks and follow-ups; ensure timely execution across multiple verticals.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact between Jeet Chandan and internal/external stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting: Manage confidential documents, presentations, and project trackers efficiently.
- Event & Meeting Support: Attend meetings, prepare minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure alignment.
- Personal Assistance: Assist with daily personal tasks as required, maintaining utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Age: Below 30 years
- Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers with exceptional qualities are welcome)
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for business/admin backgrounds
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
**Presentable and confident demeanor**
- Proactive, resourceful, and discreet
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and modern task tools (e.g., Notion, Trello)
