**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning & Coordination**: Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing railway-related projects.
- **AutoCAD Design Support**: Create, modify, and review detailed drawings, schematics, and technical documents using AutoCAD.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure designs and project deliverables comply with railway industry standards and safety regulations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks in project workflows and propose mitigation strategies.
- **Technical Guidance**: Provide technical input and support to team members and stakeholders regarding AutoCAD designs and railway-specific requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Essential**
- **AutoCAD Expertise**: Proficient in creating and interpreting 2D/3D designs, L-Section, Cross-Section, etc.
- **Railway Experience**: Hands-on experience working on railway infrastructure or related projects.
- **Project Management Skills**: Familiarity with project coordination tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, MS Office).
- Global Mapper, Topographical Survey.
- **Strong communication and organizational skills.**:

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of railway-specific design standards (Network Rail Standards).
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is a plus.
- PMP or similar certification is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
