**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD.
- Utilize SketchUp for advanced modeling and rendering tasks.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction and manufacturing.
- Review and modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and software advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
- Advanced skills in SketchUp.
- Experience with other design software such as Revit, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and material properties.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in design work.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in interior design, landscape design, or industrial design.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Certification or additional training in relevant design software.
