**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and modify AutoCAD drawings for commercial kitchen layouts, ensuring optimal workflow and compliance with industry standards.
- Create detailed shop drawings for custom-fabricated kitchen equipment such as sinks, counters, shelving, and specialized kitchen fixtures.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to interpret design requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and update project quotations using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare reports using Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather pricing information for quotations and stay updated on equipment specifications.
- Manage and track multiple projects, ensuring timely updates to AutoCAD files and documentation.

**Key Skills Required**:

- **AutoCAD Expertise**: Strong proficiency in creating and editing technical drawings, with a focus on commercial kitchen layouts and custom equipment fabrication.
- **Commercial Kitchen Design Experience is Preferred**: Prior experience in commercial kitchen projects, understanding industry standards, equipment specifications, and best practices for foodservice design is preferred.
- **Shop Drawing Proficiency**: Ability to produce accurate shop drawings for custom-fabricated kitchen equipment, including attention to detail for dimensions, materials, and specifications.
- **Microsoft Excel & Word Skills**: Competence in using Excel for quotations, data management, and report generation. Proficiency in Word for documentation and communication purposes.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clarity in project requirements.
- **Project Management**: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to identify design challenges in kitchen layouts and provide practical and efficient solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and precision in drafting, measuring, and reviewing technical drawings.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and ventilation requirements specific to commercial kitchens is an advantage.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, fabricators, and installers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting with a focus on commercial kitchen projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, materials, and fabrication processes is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools or software is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
