The Role:
Perform end to end recruitment across India. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver recruitment to attract, recruit and develop the best talents for Cognex. You’ll also represent the brand externally.

Responsibilities：

Charge of end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions.

Conduct a thorough needs analysis to deliver quality results with a sense of urgency

Lead continuous productivity improvement to the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding operations

Lead recruiting status update meetings with stakeholders as required

Successfully design interview and evaluation processes in a systematic and collaborative manner

Enhance the process of qualification of skills, cultural assessment, and demonstrative evaluation techniques used to ensure the selection and hiring of the best talent for all openings

Join regular meetings with hiring managers, HRBPs.

May need to cover campus recruitment

Requirements：
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 6+ years of progressive experience working for recruiting activities in sales, technical support and operation environment.
- Experience in both in-house and agency is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to handle ambiguity, structure problems, and deliver results
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities that require attention to detail and nuanced communication
- Good communication skills (English) both verbal and written.
- Ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment;
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
