**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Talent Acquisition: Supporting the whole process of IT position recruitments including job posting, sourcing, and resume screening.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with hiring managers on understanding what the role requires, team culture, and expectations.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment preferably experience in IT recruitment

Knowledge of various sourcing techniques; this would include but is not limited to both LinkedIn job portals, networking, etc.
- Understand IT roles and technologies-Basic Proficiency in MS Office and ATS software Preferred Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Successful multitasking with time management in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented proactive approach toward recruitment Will for learning and adaptation to the evolution of recruitment practices and technological trends.
