Responsibilities

A. Front Office Operations

**Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism** Manage incoming enquiries efficiently

**Handle courier and mail coordination (inward & outward)**

Assist with scheduling meetings, bookings, and event coordination

**Coordinate housekeeping and facility management for the regular upkeep of the office** Support day-to-day administration, including bill payments, vendor coordination, and inventory management

**Assist with onboarding basics and internal celebration planning**

Coordinate with the facilities team for the opening and closing of the office

Telemarketing B.1

Client Engagement - Make outbound calls to prospective clients from internal databases and campaigns
- Share service details, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings
- Maintain lead databases in the firm’s internal templates or CRM
- Coordinate with the operations team to create and send out proposals
- Track proposal follow-ups and client responses - Ensure all communication is documented and easy to access

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Holidays on 2nd and 4th Saturdays
- Work from home on 1st and 3rd Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
