This role is crucial in maintaining guest satisfaction, managing communication, and facilitating the smooth operation of the front desk and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Reception and Check-In/Check-Out**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in guest information and payment.
- Provide guests with room keys and information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle special requests, such as room upgrades or late check-outs.
- **Guest Assistance and Inquiries**:

- Respond to guest inquiries both in person and over the phone regarding reservations, room availability, and rates.
- Offer concierge services by providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of room availability and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Update the property management system (PMS) to track bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- **Administrative and Financial Duties**:

- Handle billing, process payments, and provide guests with accurate invoices.
- Maintain records of cash transactions, guest check-ins/outs, and other front desk reports.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as registration forms and identification, are completed for each guest.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a communication hub between different departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to meet guest needs.
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest services, such as luggage assistance, room service, or transportation, are efficiently provided.
- Maintain a log of guest requests and follow up to ensure all services are provided promptly.
- **Customer Service and Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
- Offer loyalty program information and enroll guests when applicable.
- Create a welcoming and professional environment to enhance the guest experience.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Follow security protocols for guest registration, key handling, and monitoring guest access to the property.
- Ensure the front desk area is safe, clean, and organized.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office software (MS Office).
- Problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints or issues efficiently.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail.

The role of a Front Office Executive in hospitality is central to providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and representing the hotel in a positive and welcoming manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
