**Job Summary**:
The Service Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by preparing food, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing guests with a quick, friendly, and high-quality dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure all orders are served promptly and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area, service counters, and kitchen.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and brand guidelines.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Stock and replenish food, condiments, and packaging supplies as needed.
- Support team members in kitchen, counter, and dining areas as required.
- Handle guest queries and feedback with a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent. Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in a QSR, café, or restaurant environment. Freshers are welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer/POS operation knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
