**JOB ROLE: Crew Member/Team Member**

**Responsibilities**:

- Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks using fresh ingredients and following established recipes and Food items as per the food safety and SOP standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about our menu, and make personalized recommendations.
- Cashier Operations: Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, process customer payments, and handle transactions.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stocked and operational.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves and refrigerators with necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service as a team.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Kongsi Tea Bar with enthusiasm and embody the Sanook spirit by creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for customer service and a commitment to providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to learn and follow recipes and procedures quickly and accurately.
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
