We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking **Trainees** to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. As a Trainee, you will be introduced to all key areas of store operations including kitchen preparation, customer service, hygiene standards, and inventory handling. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow into permanent positions such as Crew Member, Cook, or Cashier based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and front-of-house areas
- Support order taking, packing, and customer service activities
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Learn and follow company protocols, recipes, and safety standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow shift schedules, uniform guidelines, and grooming standards

**Requirements**:

- 10th or 12th pass (preferred)
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in food service is a plus but not mandatory
